Senior Consultant
Lee DeRemer has led, built, and operated organizations in Air Force, consulting, higher education, and non-profit settings for over 35 years in groups ranging from 90 to 500 people. His leadership, consulting, and teaching experience have focused on executive leadership, organizational culture, change management, crisis leadership, servant leadership, strategic planning and strategy development. He holds a doctorate degree in Values-Driven Leadership from Benedictine University. Lee is the founding director of LIFECYCLES, a non-profit ministry to teens. Director of Client Services
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Drexel University and has experience as an in-house designer. At The Center Consulting Group, she provides primary client interface and her responsibilities include client coordination, business development and overseeing special projects. Contact Sarah.

Jay is the President and CEO of The Center Consulting Group and brings experience in the areas of organizational assessment, leadership coaching, decision-making, and strategic questioning. Jay’s degrees include an M.Ed. in Instructional Systems Design from Pennsylvania State University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from The Union Institute & University. Senior Consultant
Billy has over 25 years of church, nonprofit, and for-profit leadership experience. He also serves as the character coach for the Lehigh University Men’s Basketball team and on the board of Push The Rock which he founded. Billy has assisted in the launch of a number of nonprofit organizations, and he has worked with organizations and nonprofit ministries around the world. Billy has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and brings experience in change management, crisis guidance, organizational assessment, leadership coaching, and strategic planning. Contact Billy.
Director of Communications
Tiehl graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Taylor University and has experience as a writing intern for a community foundation. Senior Consultant
Over the past 40 years, Kevin Huggins has served in a variety of strategic leadership roles including pastor, professor, counselor, author, speaker, and consultant. Kevin, an ordained minister, holds the Masters of Divinity and Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling degrees from Grace Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and Family Counseling from Union University. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Post-Doctoral Certificate Program in Couples and Family Therapy. Consultant
Eryka Jenkins brings experience in the areas of education, diversity and inclusion training, building culture, conflict management, and team building. Her previous experiences include working in education where she built community among students and partnered with faculty and division leadership to build cultural competency. Eryka has served as a sports coach for over 10 years and is an assistant coach with the Lehigh University Track and Field program. She has an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Resort Management and Business from the University of Memphis, and a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University. Consultant
During Michael’s three-decade career in both the military and civilian sectors, he has navigated a wide range of challenging situations. He has led soldiers as a Military Police Sergeant, served as President of a company with over 100 employees, acted as VP of Sales and Customer Experience for a billion-dollar company, and owned his own manufacturing business. These diverse experiences have profoundly shaped his business and leadership philosophy. Additionally, Michael has extensive experience in the non-profit sector as a Board member and Vice Chair, and he is currently preparing to launch a new charitable foundation. Paul has over 40 years of experience in building, leading and operating organizations – both profit and non-profit. He co-founded and serves on several non-profit boards and has led a church planting ministry. He has a passion for developing leaders and helping organizations define their mission and structures to deliver excellence. Based on both personal experience and training, Paul enjoys guiding owners and leaders through the succession process. Paul holds a Master of Social Work Degree from Temple University and studied theology and counseling at Westminster Seminary. Tim began his career in public education. For over 20 years, he taught high school English and History and coached several sports in Indiana, Arizona, and New Jersey. During those years, he also served on several Elder Boards and led ministries in churches that he and his wife, Sherri, attended. In addition to teaching, Tim served in a variety of roles in church ministry including Director of Children’s Ministries, Director of Family Ministries, and Executive Director. He received a B.S. in Education from Ball State University and a Masters in Education from Indiana University. Tim brings expertise in leadership coaching, mergers, and staff development. Cameron Martin is an experienced development professional, having spent more than 12 years leading fundraising efforts. In his current role as Vice President of Development and Marketing for The Highlands of Wyomissing, Cameron supports all aspects their fundraising and marketing programs, including the major gifts program, grateful patient program, planned giving, and capital campaigns. He enjoys engaging with donors, past and present, to champion fundraising projects that make a positive impact on the community. Bob leads the Houston, TX office and has over 25 years of church leadership experience. He serves as the Pastor of CyLife Church. He also serves as a Board member and Mentor Coach for the Relational Disciple Network. Previously, Bob was the Lead Pastor at Riverside Church in Fort Myers, FL. Before going to Florida, he also led at multiple churches in Texas. Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Bible and a Masters of Ministry. While serving in the pharmaceutical and biotech segment, he was privileged to lead several of the industry’s leading brands and business units around the globe. Mark offers broad expertise in leadership, teamwork, strategic, operational and financial planning, marketing, sales, business development, public relations and investor relations. Erik is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of accounting and financial management experience. He serves as the Director of Business Operations for Calvary Church and The Center Consulting Group. Erik oversees the budgets, human resources, and insurance for both organizations. Toni holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University. In addition to her work with The Center, Toni also serves as VP & Board Chair for a global nonprofit encouraging leadership development in young girls. Toni’s previous work experience included various areas of supply chain, customer experience, and product deployment as well as in church leadership and management. Dave has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a major in Human Resource Development from Regent University and an M.Div. from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition to his work at The Center, he is an adjunct professor with The Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity and Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership. He is a former pastor with 20 years served in three churches in Pennsylvania. Gray has served more than 30 years as a leader in corporate, nonprofit, small business, and military contexts. He has successfully led organizations ranging from 100 to 3,100 employees. Gray has lived and worked in five different countries, been a CEO, and accumulated more than 25 years of experience on nonprofit and for-profit boards. He brings experience in executive coaching, strategic planning, and advising boards of directors and business owners. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Gray helps business owners plan in advance for future transitions to ensure that their business, personal, and financial objectives will be achieved.
