TEAM BUILDING RETREAT

Your team will receive a 2-2.5 hour training session on dynamics of healthy and high performing teams. This interactive training delivered by one of our experts will look at your team dynamics and focus on effective communication, constructively managing conflict, and team synergy. This live training can be delivered via Zoom, at our location, or at your location. (Additional fees may apply for travel over 1 hour away from The Center offices.) Included in this training session, you will receive:

  This assessment tool uses input from a web-based survey to examine the behaviors individuals bring to the job, the driving forces that motivate them, and an understanding of their own emotional intelligence. • A personalized TriMetrix® EQ Report for each person.
  This 35-40 page report will be provided electronically to each individual and will include a detailed explanation of the individual’s temperament, driving forces, and emotional intelligence.

• A team report including your team’s unique makeup, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
  This beneficial report will show the unique make up of your team. It will serve as a valuable tool in helping your team better understand one another as well as where there may be imbalance.
