The purpose of Accelerate is to provide leaders who are in the first half of their careers with the opportunity to accelerate their leadership acumen, develop their leadership style, and deepen their personal understanding. The conclusion of each day will include each participant working on a capstone project for their organization.

The morning is designed to provide detailed learning around critical leadership aspects including ethics in leadership, managing others, strategic thinking and planning, and organizational culture and change. We will also invest in strengthening your personal leadership through the TTI personality assessment and report.

We would like for each participant to come to Accelerate with a project that is specific to their organization. We will have several consultants available each day to work with you on the project you hope to leverage within your organization. If you do not have a project, we will provide case studies for you to practice in preparation for your future leadership impact.

The Center Consulting Group is located in Dublin, PA, and is just 15 minutes from Doylestown, Lansdale, and Quakertown, PA.

Accelerate is led by senior consultants, Billy Dunn, M.S. and Toni Scialanca, DSL.

Billy Dunn has over 25 years of church, nonprofit, and for-profit leadership experience. He also serves as the character coach for the Lehigh University Men’s Basketball team and on the board of Push The Rock which he founded. Billy has assisted in the launch of a number of nonprofit organizations, and he has worked with organizations and nonprofit ministries around the world. Billy has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and brings experience in change management, crisis guidance, organizational assessment, leadership coaching, and strategic planning.

Toni Scialanca holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University. Toni’s previous work experience included various areas of supply chain, customer experience, and product deployment as well as in church leadership and management. She has also served as the VP & Board Chair for a global nonprofit encouraging leadership development in young girls. Her consulting expertise includes strategic planning, leadership coaching, team building, and customer experience.
